Every effort is taken to ensure our products are of the highest quality and our aim is to give you complete satisfaction. Therefore, you may exchange or return your purchase provided it reaches us in “new condition” and is mailed within 7 business days from the day your order was delivered to you.
Please note that all shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. However, for a 'one time' Exchange within USA, we will cover the cost of mailing the replacement item(s) to you via standard post (up to 14 working days). Unfortunately, all shipping costs for International Orders will be charged to the customer. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will be happy to make a full refund of the purchase price in addition to the return shipping fees.
It is important that in addition to completing and inserting the ‘Returns & Exchange’ slip (included in every order), you make sure the merchandise you return or want to exchange is in its original state, with all tags attached and in original packing material.
Please note we are unable to exchange or refund any product if you have un-stitched any of the pockets or removed any labels or tags from the garment in question. Returned items that are not in their original state, with all tags attached and in original packing material will be rejected and you shall be responsible for the return postage to yourself.

Your chosen replacement will be shipped the next working day after the returns are received and checked. Please allow 7-10 business days for the return transit time, plus an additional 10 business days upon receipt for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your account
